Central Valley, Utah had a population of 669 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Utah Business Daily.

The median age was 37, with 48.1 percent of the total population being female and 51.9 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 2,993,941.
