Census Bureau reports Independence population was 183 in 2017


Independence, Utah had a population of 183 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Utah Business Daily.

The median age was 30, with 43.7 percent of the total population being female and 56.3 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 2,993,941.
